Foot strength

Keeping your feet strong and flexible can help reduce foot and ankle pain, reduce muscle soreness, improve your overall foot health, and keep you active.

  1. Sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet flat on the floor or you can stand if you prefer.
  2. Lay a kitchen towel or sock on the floor in front of you
  3. Put the toes of one foot on the end of the towel / sock, and scrunch your toes so you pull the towel / sock toward you.
  4. Repeat 10 times with each foot, 3 sets on each
